So what a day yesterday. I had to go up to the Segal School of Business (part of SFU Downtown) for this research session thingie. The email from the prof said it was across the street from Harbour Centre. Yeah, it’s not! I was glad that I looked at a map first though. It was only down a two blocks and over one, so not far at all. But oh my god is that ever a beautiful campus! It just opened in the fall, and is it ever gorgeous! LOL One of the guys in my class said it’s like the Beverly Hills of campuses. I felt kind of underdressed to be in the building. Everything was sooo nice. Boo.

Then treated myself to some yummy Vietnamese food for a late lunch. It was very good. :9 I recommend it. It’s the place in the foodcourt in Harbour Centre. Yum.
Unfortunately, one of my filling decided to fall out. It’s quite embarrasing!! XP It’s a front tooth too. When I was in grade 2 I was riding my bike and fell off, banged up my knees (which is why I stopped figured skating) and chipped one of my front teeth! XP The filling lasted 12 years, which is amazing. So I’m happy about that. When I noticed it had fallen out, I managed to catch the loose bit before I swallowed it, and then phoned my mom asking her to make a dentist appointement to get it fixed (because it is seriously embarrasing). I called like, 2 minutes too late! I called at 4:02, and the dentist closed at 4. Boo. so we called this morning and found that the dentist is on holidays. So I’m getting my filling done tuesday morning. Fun. I get to go to school with a frozen mouth 😛 Bah. Oh well, at least it will be done. They’re going to do my other one that I didn’t get filled last time too.
Too bad I hate going to the dentist.
Today driving to school was incredible! It was one of my 20 minute drives. I was shocked!! It’s not often I can make it there in 20 minutes. UBC or one of the other colleges must be out for spring break, or something like that. Because the highway was seriously empty!! Twas very nice.
And of course, during my classes I tried not to smile too much or speak, because of my tooth. Boo. I can’t bite anything either. Ah well, such is life
