    …minus the warring families and the death 😉

    Been running a bit of a subplot of Fedspace between my character Julia Nielson and a friend of mine’s character, Gabriel Archer. Archer has just transferred aboard the Yeager. I have to say that this came out tremendously well, so for your reading pleasure I figured I would give you a taste of it.

    It’s quite long (20 pages in Word), so grab a hot drink and enjoy! And just note that this will switch back and forth between their points of view.

    I wipe a tear away, as I give up this day, wondering if I’ll ever find someone. And when I close my eyes and dream these are the words whispering, someday, love will come.

    I won’t have a doubt, my head up in the clouds as certain as the morning sun, I will always believe there’s somebody just for me, someday love will come

    Someday, after all these nights of waiting, someday I’ll find a chance worth taking, saving me, from waking up alone, my heart will find a home, someday.
